Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Distance Reiki includes an emailed report of the session, with follow-ups via phone, video or text for three months afterwards. In-Person Reiki includes an optional mini card reading.
Crystal Reiki
Crystal Reiki uses the natural properties of Crystals and Reiki energy to bring balance and alignment to your wellbeing. This powerful combination creates a unique channel for both energies to work in harmony. The focus of this form of Reiki is to use crystals on or near the seven main chakras to bring balance and alignment. Sometimes, depending on the individuals needs, extra crystals will be placed on or around the body. The energy of the crystals used work in harmony with your energy along with the energy of Reiki.

Animal Reiki
Animal Reiki is a special adaptation to the traditional Reiki practice specifically for pets and other animals. It can offer pain and stress reduction techniques, with both a heart-centered and hands-on approach.
Distance Animal Reiki includes an emailed report of the session, with free follow-ups via phone, video or text for three months afterwards. A personal Animal Reiki session at the Healing Center includes an optional mini card reading for the pet owner.
Migun Mat & Reiki
Our Migun Pain Relief Mat is used behind the back while sitting comfortably in a reclining or fixed chair. Migun mats are technologically designed with deep far-infrared heat and negative ions to provide exceptional pain and stiffness relief. They also help to increase circulation, support the immune system, improve range of motion and improve sleep. Infrared heat is a form of radiant heat, similar to the sun. While traditional heat works through convection, far infrared provides a deep healing heat. Our In-Person Migun Mat Session also includes a brief Reiki session, offered before, during or after the usage of the Migun Mat.
CONSULTATIONS
Do you need help with achieving goals? Manifestations not working, or feeling stuck in intentions? Wanting to change up your life and not sure how? Set up a time for a consultation with me! I have been in your very shoes, and will share my methods and suggestions for achieving what you desire. During our journey together, we will ascertain the stumbling blocks, discuss possibilities with a card reading, or work through challenges that are popping up in your life.
Pricing depends on your needs, and no one will be turned away due to monetary restraints (we can work on that, too).

READINGS
Tarot & Oracle Card Readings: Based on specific questions you may have, or a general reading for the near future. Can be done via email or in-person, with a full report emailed (with photos) if you choose a distance reading. In-person readings available at Aligned Alchemy Center.
WORKSHOPS
World Labyrinth Day Saturday May 6th, At The Light Center in Black Mountain 12:45-1:45 pm.
I will facilitate a brief discussion of labyrinth walking and tips for a meditative labyrinth experience, followed by walking together at 1 pm in celebration of the day. $10 suggested donation.

Open Reiki Share Sunday May 21st, 12-2 pm $10
